About Chris barbrack

Christopher R. barbrack has been a Ph.D. level licensed psychologist in New Jersey since 1978. Chris graduated with a law degree in 1989 from the University of Pennsylvania and has engaged exclusively in the practice of law since that time. Prior to attending law school, Chris was a tenured associate professor at Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied & Professional Psychology (GSAPP), where he lectured and wrote on topics of psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and statistics/experimental design.

Chris’s cases include professional negligence cases (malpractice), especially involving mental health issues. He also represents of health professionals before various professional licensing boards.

Chris has served on the Subcommittee on Regulations of the New Jersey Board of Psychological Examiners. He has been a frequent lecturer at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Education (ICLE).

Chris has authored more than one hundred articles, book chapters and professional presentations in law and psychology.
